This annual event showed dishes at 150 booths of 45 restaurants, hotels and food & beverage firms from 17 countries and territories.
Participants presented special features of their cuisine as well as perform in traditional costumes.

Chefs from 20 five-star hotels and two high-end restaurants in Hochiminh City will introduce their special dishes at a Five-Star Chef festival with the theme “Joyful Season”.
The city’s Department of Tourism in coordination with the city’s Tourism Association organized the festival to promote culinary culture and tourism as well as cultural exchange among countries.
